The Elmo Betterment Club has begun building a community building that will be located at the park in Elmo. This building will reside in the same spot as the Elmo High School building once was. This building will be used for Elmo’s Fourth of July Celebration, Fish Fries, renting for parties, reunions, graduations, and etc. and so much more! These bricks will be placed in the sidewalk in front of the new community building!
